Country Maid Dealership Referral Program FAQs

What is the Country Maid Dealership Referral Program?

The Country Maid Dealership Referral Program (“Program”) is a way for you to receive $3,000 (“Program Payment”) if an eligible prospective dealer (“Prospective Dealer”) that you refer to Country Maid becomes a Country Maid dealer, subject to the conditions set forth below.

How do I make a referral?

To make a referral for the Program, please have the Prospective Dealer apply online at http://fundraisingdealership.com/apply-now or call 515-887-6243 extension 242. When applying online or during the initial call, the Prospective Dealer must indicate that you referred him or her for you to be eligible to receive the Program payment.

What are the conditions to receive a Program Payment?

To receive a Program Payment, all of the following conditions must be met:

  1.  You must be eligible to receive a Program payment.
  2.  The Prospective Dealer must be an eligible referral.
  3.  The Prospective Dealer must have indicated you referred him or her during the initial application process (as noted above).
  4.  The Prospective Dealer must become a Country Maid dealer indicated by signing a formal, written dealer agreement.
  5.  The referral must be made on or before December 31, 2015. The Prospective Dealer must become a Country Maid dealer during the Program Period.

Who is eligible to receive a Program Payment?

To be eligible to receive a Program payment, you must be an individual person who is at least 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States of America. The Prospective Dealer must indicate that you referred him or her for you to be eligible to receive the Program payment.

Who is an eligible referral?

To be an eligible referral, all of the following conditions must be met:

  1. The Prospective Dealer must be an individual person who is at least 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States of America.
  2. The Prospective Dealer must not have previously been referred to Country Maid for this Program or a prior dealership referral program and must not have been previously recruited by Country Maid through Country Maid’s marketing efforts (including advertisements, websites, trade shows, etc.).

When does a Prospective Dealer become a Country Maid dealer?

A Prospective Dealer becomes a Country Maid dealer when the Prospective Dealer and Country Maid both sign a formal, written dealership agreement. The fact that you make a referral or that a Prospective Dealer is otherwise eligible for the purposes of this Program does not in any way guarantee that the Prospective Dealer will become a Country Maid dealer. Country Maid has very stringent requirements to become a dealer, including some subjective criteria that are very important to Country Maid.

What is the Program Period?

The Program Period runs from January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2016. The fact that a Prospective Dealer becomes a Country Maid dealer does not necessarily entitle you to a Program Payment. If the Prospective Dealer becomes a Country Maid dealer after the Program Period expires you will not be entitled to a Program Payment. The period of time from when a referral is made to when a Prospective Dealer becomes a Country Maid dealer depends on a number of factors, including the speed at which the Prospective Dealer responds, the level of interest demonstrated by the Prospective Dealer, and the timeframe in which the Prospective Dealer desires to start his or her dealership.
